目的探讨不同专业不同年级女大学生对避孕知识认知度,为正确开展在校女大学生性知识健康教育工作提供有益帮助。方法整群抽取三所不同类型高校一二年级女生,对2 228名学生就避孕相关知识进行问卷调查。结果不同专业的在校女大学生避孕知识知晓率比较低,在如果有性生活是否采取避孕措施、避孕知识、避孕的方法、紧急避孕措施、终止妊娠的方法、怀孕的症状知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.412 P=0.015;χ2=46.586P=0.000;χ2=17.892 P=0.000;χ2=16.350 P=0.000;χ2=13.567 P=0.001;χ2=6.017 P=0.049),文科女大学生总体认知度较差;一二年级女生除了在紧急避孕措施知识点知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.805,P=0.005)外,其余相关知识知晓率差异无统计学意义,一二年级女大学生对避孕知识认知度差异小,且认知度不高。结论女大学生对避孕知识认知度不高,不同专业的女大学避孕知识了解程度不同,亟待加强高校女生性知识健康教育工作。
Objective To explore the cognition of contraceptive knowledge among female undergraduates of different grades and grades in order to provide useful help for the health education of sexual knowledge of female undergraduates. Methods A total of 12 228 female students in first and second grade from three different types of college were enrolled in the cluster. Questionnaire investigation was conducted on the contraceptive knowledge. Results The awareness rate of contraception knowledge among female undergraduates in different professions was relatively low. There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of awareness of pregnancy if pregnant women adopted contraceptive methods, contraceptive methods, methods of contraception, emergency contraception and termination of pregnancy. Significance (χ2 = 8.412 P = 0.015; χ2 = 46.586 P = 0.000; χ2 = 17.892 P = 0.000; χ2 = 16.350 P = 0.000; χ2 = 13.567 P = 0.001; χ2 = 6.017 P = 0.049) There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of other related knowledge among grade one or two grade girls except the awareness rate of knowledge about emergency contraception (χ2 = 7.805, P = 0.005) Differences in awareness of contraceptive knowledge is small, and awareness is not high. Conclusion Female college students do not have a good understanding of contraceptive knowledge. Different levels of female contraceptive knowledge have different levels of understanding, so it is urgent to strengthen the health education of female students in college.
