现如今,在竞争激烈的市场经济条件下,企业员工的知识及业务水平参差不齐,其政工队伍的思想素质也没能适应当前瞬息万变的市场。因此,加强企业政工队伍建设,提高企业政工人员素质是当前企业管理的首要工作。本文针对企业政工人员素质存在的各种问题进行探讨,并提出加强企业中政工人员素质的可行措施,希望可以对提高企业政工人员的素质水平,促进政工队伍建设有所帮助。 Nowadays, under the condition of a highly competitive market economy, employees’ knowledge and business level are uneven, and their political and ideological ranks have not been able to adapt to the current rapidly changing market. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of the contingent of political workers and improve the quality of the workers is the primary task of the current enterprise management. In this paper, various problems existing in the quality of enterprise workers are discussed, and feasible measures to enhance the quality of workers in the enterprises are put forward. It is hoped that this will be helpful to improve the quality of workers and staff members and promote the construction of political workers.
