目的探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕妊娠后胚胎停育与绒毛细胞染色异常的关系。方法收集2012年11月-2014年12月在该院生殖医学中心行ART后妊娠胚胎停育的162例患者的胎儿绒毛组织,对胎儿绒毛细胞进行染色体制备和G显带并行核型分析。结果 162例胚胎停育胎儿绒毛培养成功144例,失败18例。染色体核型异常78例(53.8%),其中常染色体三体55例,单体4例,三倍体5例,四倍体5例,嵌合体4例,结构异常5例。结论胚胎染色体异常是引起ART助孕妊娠后胚胎停育的重要病因,绒毛染色体核型分析有助于查明胚胎停育的原因并为合理指导下次妊娠提供依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between embryo implantation and dysplasia of hair cells after assisted reproductive technology (ART). Methods Fetal villi of 162 patients with abnormal pregnancy after ART ART were collected from Nov. 2012 to Dec. 2014. Chromosome preparation and G-banding karyotype analysis were performed on fetal villus cells. Results 162 cases of embryo suspension of fetal villus culture successfully 144 cases, the failure of 18 cases. Chromosome karyotype abnormalities in 78 cases (53.8%), including autosomal trisomy 55, monomeric 4, triploid 5, tetraploid 5, chimerism 4, structural abnormalities in 5 cases. Conclusion Abnormal chromosomal abnormalities in embryos are important causes of embryo suspension after ART pregnancy. The karyotype analysis of chorionic villi helps to identify the reasons for the suspension of embryos and provide a basis for rational guidance of the next pregnancy.
