目的:观察熊珍膏在大鼠皮肤创面愈合过程中对大鼠血清CRP及TNF-ɑ的干预情况,探讨其抗炎及促进创面愈合的作用机理。方法:建立大鼠皮肤创面模型后分为4组,模型组、贝复济对照组(西药组)、熊珍膏组(中药组)、熊珍膏+贝复济组(中西组)各18只。各创面给予相应药物;每日定时换药2次。于造模后第3、7、14天取材,采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测大鼠血清中CRP变化情况;采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测大鼠血清TNF-ɑ变化情况。实验所得数据均采用-x±s表示,所有结果采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:熊珍膏可以显著降低模型大鼠血清CRP水平,且与中西组无差异;熊珍膏可以显著降低模型大鼠血清TNF-ɑ水平,且与中西组无差异。结论:熊珍膏促进大鼠皮肤切口创面的愈合其机制可能与降低了CRP及TNF-ɑ水平,减少炎症反应有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the intervention of Xiong Zhen Gao on rat serum CRP and TNF-ɑ in the process of wound healing in rats, and to explore its anti-inflammatory and wound-healing mechanism. Methods: The rat skin wound model was established and divided into 4 groups: model group, Beifuji control group (Western medicine group), Xiongzhen cream group (Chinese medicine group), Xiongzhen cream + Beifuji group only. The wounds to give the appropriate drugs; daily time dressing 2 times. The samples were taken on the 3rd, 7th and 14th days after the model was established. The changes of CRP in the serum of the rats were detected by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA. The changes of serum TNF-ɑ were detected by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA. The experimental data are used-x ± s said, all the results using SPSS18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: Xiong Zhen Ointment can significantly reduce serum CRP levels in model rats, and there is no difference with Chinese and Western groups; Xiong Zhen Ointment can significantly reduce serum TNF-ɑ levels in model rats, and there is no difference between Chinese and Western groups. Conclusion: Xiong Zhen Ointment can promote the wound healing of cutaneous wounds in rats. The mechanism may be related to reducing the levels of CRP and TNF-ɑ and reducing the inflammatory reaction.
