本文通过分析铁路复退军人学员的特点,作者结合在复退军人岗前培训和专业学历教育培训中的教学和管理实践,分析了复退军人学员管理难度大的原因,提出了针对复退军学员管理的五个基本方法,总结出八个方面的工作技巧,文章最后陈述出发人深省的感慨:复退军人学员曾经是我们心中最可爱的人,在当兵的岁月里,他们战斗在抗洪第一线、风餐露宿在抗震救灾的废墟上,而今他们复员退伍成了我们的学员,我们要用“心”培养他们,他们的不足之处就是缺文化,正确引导并把知识传授给他们,培养他们成材,是我们职教工作者的无尚光荣。
