雄性激素目前仍是治疗再障的有效药物之一,但临床上发现康力龙治疗再障引起肝损害发生率较高,影响疗效的提高,作者加用654-2后,可预防康力龙的肝损害。现将结果报告如下: 病例与方法一、病例:34例均为1986年6月～1988年11月住院及门诊病例。诊断分型按1987年宝鸡会议标准,34例均为慢性再障。男性11例;女性23例。年龄为16～72岁。就诊时病程短者3月,长者12年。初治15例,复治19例。26例在加用654-2前,曾接受一种及多种药物治疗。二、方法:
