目的:分析野生青蒿及栽培青蒿挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从青蒿中提取挥发油。用气相色谱—质谱法对化学成分进行分离鉴定。结果:从野生青蒿挥发油中鉴定了24个化合物,占挥发油总成分的78.2%;栽培青蒿挥发油中鉴定了28个化合物,占挥发油总成分的79.7%。结论:两者主要成分基本相同,但相对含量有差异。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from wild A. annua and cultivated A. annua. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from Artemisia annua by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. RESULTS: Twenty-four compounds were identified from the volatile oil of wild A. annua, which accounted for 78.2% of the total volatile oil components. Twenty-eight compounds were identified from the volatile oil of A. annua L. cultivated plants, accounting for 79.7% of the total volatile oil components. Conclusion: The two main components are basically the same, but the relative content varies.
