目的:对热压灭菌、活性炭吸附、微孔滤膜、超滤和微波等几种除内毒素方法进行比较。方法:向无内毒素细菌内毒素检查用水外加定量内毒素,采用动态浊度法测定除内毒素前后内毒素的含量,考察几种方法的除内毒素效率。结果:活性炭吸附法效果最好,对无内毒素溶剂内毒素的清除率均在99.0%以上。结论:活性炭吸附和超滤法对内毒素有很好的清除效果。动态浊度法是内毒素定量检测的一种简便、快捷的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To compare endotoxin removal methods such as autoclaving, activated carbon adsorption, microporous membrane, ultrafiltration and microwave. Methods: To endotoxin-free endotoxin test water plus quantitative endotoxin, endotoxin content before and after endotoxin determination by dynamic nephelometry, in addition to examining several methods in addition to endotoxin efficiency. Results: Activated carbon adsorption was the best, and the clearance rate of endotoxin without endotoxin was over 99.0%. Conclusion: Activated charcoal adsorption and ultrafiltration have a good removal effect on endotoxin. Dynamic turbidimetry is a simple and rapid method for the quantitative detection of endotoxin.
