在发改委公布的的中,对于粮食增产途径方面,除了指出要加大转基因大豆的研发力度,并未多提及转基因水稻.虽然农业部已经批准了两种转基因水稻的安全证书,但勿庸置疑,在未来很长一段时间内,转基因水稻在中国不可能规模化种植.因此,除了必须死守水稻种植面积的底线之外,就是提高水稻的单产数量和质量.
