随着人类进入知识经济时代,人力资本作为生产要素直接作用于经济增长,已经成为知识经济时代经济增长的真正源泉。京津冀作为环渤海经济地区的核心,是中国经济发展,科技发展以及文化发展最为发达的地区之一。但是在社会经济的发展中,京津冀地区人力资本水平差异较大,人力资本结构也存在一些不合理的地方,人力资本水平阻碍着地区的经济发展。笔者分析了京津冀人力资本与经济增长的协调关系,并提出具有可实际操作的若干人力资本对策,以探讨京津冀地区经济健康发展的道路。
As mankind enters the era of knowledge economy, human capital, as a factor of production, plays a direct role in economic growth and has become the real source of economic growth in the era of knowledge economy. As the core of the Bohai Economic Rim, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the regions with the most developed economy, technological development and cultural development in China. However, in the socio-economic development, the level of human capital in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region varies greatly. There are also some unreasonable human capital structures, and the level of human capital hinders the economic development in the region. The author analyzes the coordinated relationship between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei human capital and economic growth and proposes some feasible human capital measures to explore the road to healthy economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
