目的:通过对一起因抓捕鼬獾引起狂犬病死亡病例的调查与思考,为制定狂犬病防控策略提出参考依据。方法:应用描述性流行病学方法,对病例的暴露史及发病的原因进行调查分析。结果:死者生前因抓捕闯入家中的鼬獾,手指被咬伤出血;事后没有对伤口进行规范处理,也没有注射狂犬病疫苗与狂犬免疫球蛋白;暴露后35天发病,病后4天死亡。临床诊断为狂犬病。结论:提示在该地的野生动物中携带有狂犬病毒,直接威胁人类和家畜的安全,防控形势严峻。被野生动物暴露后,如不进行规范处置,有极高的发病死亡风险。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a reference for the development of rabies prevention and control strategies by investigating and thinking about the deaths of rabies caused by the arrest of ferret badgers. Methods: Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to investigate the case history and the causes of the disease. Results: The deceased had been bitten by hemorrhage due to the arrest of the ferret badger who had broken into the house. After the wounds were not treated normed rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin, the disease was developed 35 days after the death and died 4 days after the illness . Clinical diagnosis of rabies. Conclusion: It is suggested that rabies virus is carried in the wild animals in this area, which directly threatens the safety of human beings and livestock and the situation of prevention and control is serious. Exposed to wildlife, if not regulated, there is a high risk of mortality.
