目的规范试验用白纹伊蚊的标准化养殖方法,从而获得品质一致的标准化试虫,为驱、灭蚊药物登记试验提供科学、可靠的试验素材,保证登记试验的生物测定效果质量,为科学合理评价驱、灭蚊药物提供技术保证。方法通过规范白纹伊蚊的养殖条件、饲料质量、饲养技术,以羽化后第3天雌性成蚊体重为评价指标,验证3批次及多区域养殖技术的可靠性。结果标准化养殖3批次白纹伊蚊平均体重测定结果表明,3种幼虫养殖配方均可成功养殖出合格的白纹伊蚊,且重复性好,最低质量组相对偏差为8.28%;不同实验室标准化养殖白纹伊蚊平均体重指标测定结果表明,3种配方在不同地区均适用,最低质量组相对偏差为7.69%。结论使用该养殖技术,不同地区均可成功养殖出供药物效果测定试验用均一体重的白纹伊蚊,且重复性好。
Objective To standardize the method of standardized culture of Aedes albopictus in order to obtain standardized test insects with consistent quality and to provide scientific and reliable test materials for the registration test of flooding and anti-mosquito drugs so as to ensure the quality of the bioassay in registration test is scientific and reasonable Evaluation drive, mosquito drugs to provide technical assurance. Methods The breeding conditions, feed quality and feeding techniques of Aedes albopictus were standardized, and the body weight of female adult mosquitoes on the 3rd day after eclosion was used as evaluation index to verify the reliability of the three batches and multi-region breeding techniques. Results The average body weight of three batches of Aedes albopictus in standardized culture showed that all three larvae could successfully breed qualified Aedes albopictus with good repeatability and the relative deviation of the lowest quality group was 8.28%. Conclusion Using this culture technique, Aedes albopictus can be successfully bred in different regions for homogeneous testing of drug efficacy test with good repeatability.
