有人说:教师的爱是滴滴甘露,即使枯萎的心灵也能苏醒;教师的爱是融融春风,即使冰冷的感情也会回暖;教师的爱心是一座滚烫的熔炉,任何顽石投放其中都将会化成一股可塑的熔浆。在我15年的班主任生涯中,我深深感到此话的价值和意义。在我的班级管理和班主任工作中,我始终把“爱”作为信条,把耐心、信心、爱心和关心作为自己工作的工作准则,努力划班级之舟,驶向成功的彼岸。
Some people say that teacher’s love is dripping nectar, even the withered soul can wake up. The teacher’s love is blending the spring breeze, even the cold feeling will pick up. The teacher’s love is a hot melting furnace. Will be turned into a plastic melt. In my 15-year class teacher career, I deeply feel the value and significance of this remark. In my class management and class teacher work, I always regard “love ” as the credo, regard the patience, confidence, love and care as the working principle of my work, and strive to make the boat of the class class and drive to the other side of my success.
