为了研究高效合金烘烤在转炉炼钢中的应用,对高效合金烘烤装置在转炉炼钢生产中的应用进行了实践研究。结果表明,对比传统合金烘烤方式,高效合金烘烤装置可在2~4h内将15t铁合金升温至400~600℃,进而有效去除铁合金内的结晶水。当铁合金实际温度达到450℃时,可将钢中氢质量分数降低至0.000 150%以下,同时出钢温度降低20.31℃,转炉终点碳质量分数提高0.027%,脱氧剂消耗降低20%。在满足洁净钢生产的同时,可降低生产成本。
In order to study the application of high efficiency alloy baking in converter steelmaking, the application of high efficiency alloy baking equipment in BOF steelmaking was studied. The results show that compared with the traditional alloy baking method, the high efficiency alloy baking equipment can heat 15t ferrous alloy to 400-600 ℃ in 2 ~ 4h, and then effectively remove the crystal water in the ferrous alloy. When the actual temperature of ferroalloy reaches 450 ℃, the mass fraction of hydrogen in steel can be reduced to less than 0.000150% while the tapping temperature is reduced by 20.31 ℃, the carbon content of the converter is increased by 0.027% and the consumption of deoxidizer is reduced by 20%. In meeting the clean steel production at the same time, can reduce production costs.
