为了解决井下气体传感器校准工作量大、校准不准确的问题,同时提供一种方便、精确的校准系统,提出了基于无线通信方式的煤矿常用气体传感器校准方法。根据无线通信和单片机技术设计了环境参数无线监测装置,制作安全可靠的密闭实验腔体,考察了该系统对O_2传感器、CO传感器、CH_4传感器的校准。结果表明,该系统实现了对这三类矿用传感器的准确校准,与传统校准方式相比更方便、有效,验证了该系统的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of downhole gas sensor calibration workload and calibration inaccuracy, and to provide a convenient and accurate calibration system, a calibration method of gas sensors commonly used in coal mines based on wireless communication is proposed. According to wireless communication and SCM technology, a wireless monitoring device for environmental parameters was designed to produce a safe and reliable airtight experimental cavity. The calibration of O_2 sensor, CO sensor and CH_4 sensor was investigated. The results show that the system realizes the accurate calibration of these three types of mining sensors, which is more convenient and effective than the traditional calibration methods, which verifies the reliability of the system.
