以密胺树脂、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,通过一步模板法制备了密胺树脂基纳米孔炭材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、比表面积及孔径分析等方法研究了材料的结构。结果表明,得到的材料具有蠕虫状的中孔结构,孔径约4.7nm,比表面积可达521m2/g。利用分光光度计研究了炭材料对染料弱酸深蓝的吸附性能。结果表明,得到的蠕虫状中孔炭材料具有优异的吸附性能,吸附效率和吸附能力均优于商用活性炭,预期在吸附分离领域有良好的应用前景。
Using melamine resin and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as raw materials, melamine resin-based nanoporous carbon materials were prepared by one-step template method. The structure of the material was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), specific surface area and pore size analysis. The results show that the obtained material has a worm-like mesoporous structure with a pore diameter of about 4.7 nm and a specific surface area of 521 m 2 / g. The adsorption performance of carbon material on the weak acid blue of the dye was studied by spectrophotometer. The results show that the worm-like mesoporous carbon obtained has excellent adsorption performance, adsorption efficiency and adsorption capacity are superior to commercial activated carbon, the adsorption separation is expected to have good prospects.
