With the improvement of laborers’ culture and aquaculture and the extensive application of new technologies and the elimination of traditional management methods, objective values are required to form values that are recognized by workers and staff to form the internal impetus for the development of an enterprise and thus form a corporate culture. Looking at the history of entrepreneurship development of some well-known domestic and foreign group companies, it is not hard to see that although the success of these enterprises is contributed by many factors, one thing in common is that they are enterprises that are unique and time-oriented
