为了快速消除电堆内残留的H2,通过实验研究对比分析直接停机、利用辅助负载停机和N2吹扫停机3种不同的停机方式对质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)的影响,并提出联合辅助负载和N2吹扫的停机策略.结果表明:该停机策略不仅可减短电堆维持开路高电压的时间,而且可避免燃料电池在启停机过程中氢空界面的形成,有利于延长电堆寿命和提高电堆耐久性,是一种十分有效的燃料电池系统停机控制策略.“,”In order to consume residual hydrogen of the stack rapidly,we study the effects of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) on the three different shut-down methods of the PEMFC on the direct shutdown,the use of the auxiliary load and nitrogen purging through experiment,putting forward a new shut-down control strategy about combining auxiliary load and nitrogen purging to discharge the stack.The results show that the new system shut-down control strategy of PEMFC not only can shorten the time of single battery maintenance high potential,but also can avoid the formation of hydrogen-air interface in the process of starting and stopping for PEMFC.So it is a very effective shutdown strategy which improving the long-term performance and durability of the stack.
