高炉内部不同区域的环境存在差异,确定不同冷却壁在高炉内的合适安装位置,以延长冷却壁寿命,同时达到高炉长寿的目的,仍是设计师们应考虑的问题。以高炉炉内温度场为基础,从材料的导热性能、抗热冲击性能和耐磨性能3方面进行分析,提出了风口以上不同区域冷却壁的设计要求,并根据设计要求探讨了铜冷却壁和铸铁冷却壁的布置方式。研究结果表明,炉身中、上部应采用球墨铸铁冷却壁,炉腰、炉腹及炉身下部应采用铜冷却壁。
Different environments inside the blast furnace are different. It is still a problem that designers should consider to determine the proper installation location of different cooling staves in the blast furnace in order to prolong the service life of the cooling stave and to achieve long life of the blast furnace. Based on the temperature field in the blast furnace, the thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance and wear resistance of the material are analyzed. The design requirements of the cooling wall in different regions above the tuyere are proposed. According to the design requirements, Cast iron cooling wall layout. The results show that, in the upper and middle of the shaft should be used nodular cast iron cooling wall, the waist, belly and the lower part of the shaft should be used copper stave.
