目的研究血浆雄激素水平变化对高脂血症大鼠血浆脂质代谢的影响。方法 :雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为低脂组、对照组、去势组 (切除双侧睾丸及副睾 )、治疗组 (环戊丙酸睾酮 2 .5mg/kg ,每周 2次肌注 ) ;实验时间12周。结果 :睾酮对血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)浓度影响不明显 ,但可升高血浆HDL水平 ,降低血浆LDL +VLDL水平 ,促进血浆脂质过氧化物代谢过程 ,使血浆脂质过氧化物 (LPO)浓度升高 ,降低肝脏TC、TG含量 ,促进主动脉脂质沉积。结论 :睾酮可能通过对血浆脂质代谢的影响促进高脂血症大鼠主动脉脂质沉积。
Objective To study the effects of plasma androgen levels on plasma lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into low-fat group, control group and castration group (bilateral testis and epididymis). The treatment group (testosterone cypblate 2.5 mg / kg, intramuscular injection twice a week) ; Experimental time of 12 weeks. Results: Testosterone had no significant effect on plasma total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) concentrations, but increased plasma HDL levels, decreased plasma LDL + VLDL levels, promoted plasma lipid peroxidation, decreased plasma lipid Peroxides (LPO) increased the concentration, reduce liver TC, TG content, promote aortic lipid deposition. Conclusion: Testosterone may promote lipid deposition in aorta of hyperlipidemic rats through the influence on plasma lipid metabolism.
