本文利用 D6AC 钢奥氏体等温转变曲线和连续冷却曲线中珠光体和贝氏体转变曲线分离的特点,研究了 D6AC 钢的奥氏体湾均热淬火工艺及其组织和性能。研究结果表明,D6AC 钢采用奥氏体湾均热淬火工艺后,不仅具有常规淬火后的组织和相同的机械性能,而且还能减少钢的热处理残余应力和变形,提高钢的断裂韧性和抗应力腐蚀能力,并成功地应用于φ286壳体模拟件的热处理。
In this paper, the characteristics of austenite inhomogeneous quenching, microstructure and properties of D6AC steel were studied by using the characteristics of austenite transformation in D6AC steel and separation of pearlite and bainite transformation in continuous cooling curve. The results show that D6AC steel with austenitic soaking process not only has the conventional quenched structure and the same mechanical properties, but also can reduce the heat treatment of steel residual stress and deformation, improve the fracture toughness and stress of steel Corrosion ability, and successfully applied to φ286 shell simulation of heat treatment.
