目的对心理危机干预热线来电患者的特征以及咨询内容进行分析探讨,为今后的心理危机干预工作提供可靠参考依据。方法对2010年1月至2012年12月间我院心理危机干预热线来电者的资料展开回顾性分析。结果咨询问题涉及有:工作学习和经济问题、家庭问题、情感与人际关系问题、精神疾病问题等,且不同人群特征者的咨询内容存在差异。结论心理咨询在社会上具有较大的需求量,涉及社会层面相对较广,心理危机干预热线来电患者的特征在心理咨询工作中具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze and discuss the characteristics of patients with psychological crisis intervention hotline and consultation content, and provide a reliable reference for future psychological crisis intervention. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of hotline callers in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012. Results Consultation problems involved: work and study and economic problems, family problems, emotional and interpersonal problems, mental illness problems, and different groups of people characteristics of the consultation content is different. Conclusion Psychological counseling has a great demand in society, involving a relatively wide range of social aspects, psychological crisis intervention hotline characteristics of patients with psychological counseling is of great significance.
