The EAP protocol consisting of Etopside (Vp16), Doxorubicin (ADM) and Cisplatin (PDD) is by far the most effective treatment for advanced gastric cancer, but due to the regimen’s bone marrow Severe inhibition limits its application. The high dose was applied in our hospital from January 994 to January 1 998.
