半刚性基层宽幅厚层施工技术在中国部分高速公路中已有一定的探索,但是大规模应用时,对可能存在的压实度不足和施工离析问题仍然存有疑虑。该文结合湖北谷竹高速公路实体工程,利用数字图像处理技术和现场试验检测,对宽幅厚层水泥稳定碎石基层摊铺压实特性进行分析。研究认为:路面全宽范围内不同点位级配基本稳定,宽幅抗离析摊铺机的应用能使路面横向、纵向离析得到有效控制;在大吨位振动压路机的作用下,厚层路面上下两层压实度均能满足规范要求。同时,全厚度芯样的图像分析表明:大激振力作用下,各档粗集料的分布均匀,不同范围内粗集料的面积基本相同。
Semi-rigid grassroots broad and thick construction technology has been explored in some expressways in China, but there are still some doubts about the possible lack of compaction and construction segregation in large-scale application. Based on the physical engineering of Hubei Guzhu expressway, this paper analyzes the compaction characteristics of wide and thick cement stabilized aggregate base pavement using digital image processing technology and field test. The research shows that: the gradation at different points in the whole width of pavement is basically stable, the application of wide anti-segregation paver can effectively control the pavement horizontal and vertical segregation; under the action of large tonnage vibratory roller, Layer compaction can meet the regulatory requirements. At the same time, the image analysis of the full-thickness core samples shows that the distribution of coarse aggregates in each file is uniform and the area of coarse aggregates in different ranges is basically the same under the large excitation force.
