目的:研究载脂蛋白B(ApoB)基因多态性在本地区2型糖尿病患者中的分布及其与血脂的关系。方法:运用聚合酶链反应一限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测41例2型糖尿病患者及60例正常对照者的ApoB基因型。结果:两组X+和E-等位基因频率分别为0.085,0.017和0.11,0.033(P<0.01)。糖尿病组血脂总胆固醇(CH)、甘油三脂(TC)。低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL一ch)水平均高于对照组(P<0、01);而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL一ch)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论;ApoB的X+和E-等位基因可能是2型糖尿病和高脂血症的一个危险因子。
Objective: To study the distribution of apolipoprotein B (ApoB) gene polymorphism in type 2 diabetes mellitus in our region and its relationship with serum lipids. Methods: The ApoB genotypes of 41 type 2 diabetic patients and 60 normal controls were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results: The frequencies of X + and E-allele in two groups were 0.085,0.017 and 0.11,0.033 (P <0.01) respectively. Diabetic group total cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TC). (LDL-ch) levels were higher than those in the control group (P <0,01), while HDL-cholesterol levels were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion; The X + and E-alleles of ApoB may be a risk factor for type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
