目的:探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)蛋白在外阴鳞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测30例外阴鳞癌(VSCC)、25例外阴上皮内瘤变(VIN)、20例癌旁营养不良(VD)、15例尖锐湿疣(VCA)和5例外阴正常表皮中ILK蛋白的表达。结果:VSCC中ILK阳性表达及阳性细胞率显著高于VINⅢ和VCA(P<0.05),与增生型VD差别不显著。VINⅠ~Ⅱ、正常外阴表皮、硬化苔藓型VD中ILK无表达。ILK表达与VSCC组织分型有关(P<0.05),更强表达于高分化型中(P<0.05)。结论:ILK的表达水平与肿瘤发生、发展关系密切,高表达的ILK蛋白预示着VSCC的高度恶性、高侵袭性、高转移性和预后不良。
Objective: To investigate the role of integrin-linked kinase (ILK) in the occurrence and development of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: 30 cases of VSCC, 25 cases of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN), 20 cases of paracancer malnutrition (VD), 15 cases of condyloma acuminatum (VCA) and 5 cases of vulvar ILK protein expression in normal epidermis. Results: The positive expression rate of ILK and positive cells in VSCC were significantly higher than those in VINⅢ and VCA (P <0.05), but not significantly different from those in proliferative VD. VINI ~ Ⅱ, normal vulvar epidermis, sclerotic moss VD ILK no expression. The expression of ILK was correlated with the histological type of VSCC (P <0.05), and more strongly expressed in well differentiated type (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression level of ILK is closely related to tumorigenesis and development. Highly expressed ILK protein indicates the highly malignant, aggressive, metastatic and poor prognosis of VSCC.
