本文通过对多种经营公司营业部营销人员的绩效考核现状的描述与分析,找出了其中存在的问题并进行了原因分析,根据其特点提出一系列完善、优化的考核方案。
Based on the description and analysis of the present situation of performance appraisal of marketers in various operating companies, this article finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons, and puts forward a series of perfect and optimized appraisal schemes according to their characteristics.
