随着办公自动化和档案管理现代化的迅速发展,对机关文秘和档案工作提出了新的更高的要求,如何改革现行的工作方式和工作程序,使文件登记、立卷、著录工作适应档案管理现代化的要求,已成为机关文秘和档案工作者面临的一个新课题。文秘工作对领导者的决策水平和单位的工作效率都具有重要作用。做好文秘工作是搞好文书档案管理工作的基础,对将来和现在都十分重要。根据《中华人民共和国档案法》、《国家行政机关公文处理办法》及《国家行政机关公文格式》等方面的法律法规有关规定,就文秘工作与文书档案管理工作的关系和存在问题及其在实际工作中如何做好“文档一体化”管理工作,谈一些体会和自己的看法。
