目的:探讨灵芪胶囊对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤的抑制作用及其机制。方法:实验用昆明种小鼠接种H_(22)瘤株,灌胃灵芪胶囊和复方环磷酰胺11d后,取瘤体称重,计算抑瘤率。采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测H_(22)荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-1、TNF-α含量。结果:给予灵芪胶囊的小鼠肿瘤明显小于空白对照组,给药后各组小鼠外周血IL-1、TNF-α含量明显升高。结论:灵芪胶囊对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠有明显抑瘤作用,其机制可能是通过调节免疫系统的失衡以及抑制肿瘤细胞增殖而发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanism of Lingqi Capsule on tumors in H22 tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: Kunming mice were inoculated with H_(22) tumor strain, Guanweiling capsule and compound cyclophosphamide for 11 days. The tumors were weighed and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. The levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in peripheral blood of H22-bearing mice were detected by double-antibody sandwich ELISA. RESULTS: The tumors of mice given Lingbi capsules were significantly smaller than those of the blank control group. After administration, the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in the peripheral blood of mice in each group were significantly increased. Conclusion: Lingqi capsule has significant anti-tumor effect on H22 tumor-bearing mice. The mechanism may be through regulating the imbalance of the immune system and inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells to exert the anti-tumor effect.
