With a population of 200 million migrant workers in our country, it is a builder of modern high-rise buildings in cities. It is a viable force that can not be ignored in our urbanization. Behind every migrant worker, it is related to the happiness, well-being and even life and death of one or more families. Therefore, solving the problems of the survival of our peasant-worker brothers is not only to protect their own rights and interests, but also to maintain the stability and development of the entire society and to be an important part of the “people-oriented” principle. However, in reality, due to economic and ideological discrimination, migrant workers now face a very serious crisis of survival and predicament. These difficulties are not valued by relevant departments because they do not belong to “urban people” Even indifference and make things difficult. They have become almost forgotten and marginalized people and have become “leftovers” and “victims” of urbanization. How to improve their living predicament and how to make the law to protect this huge group of 200 million people to the maximum extent is something that everyone, especially the majority of legal workers, should pay attention to.
