“素质冰山”理论视角下,隐性职业素养对学生的行为与表现起着关键作用。高职学生对隐性职业素养认知与培养的欠缺,影响其就业和职业发展。高职院校学生工作作为人才培养的重要方面,对学生隐性职业素养的培养具有不可替代的影响,必须立足职业岗位需求,将学生职业素养塑造与教育管理工作有效对接,构建学生隐性职业素养养成的多维空间和多元体系,挖掘学生职业意识、职业道德、职业态度与职业人格的潜质,从根本上提升职业教育的核心竞争力和学生职业生涯的发展后劲。
