对毛竹预水解硫酸盐浆进行常规CEpH漂白,研究C、Ep、H漂段工艺参数对漂后浆性能的影响,确定CEpH漂白的最佳工艺条件。结果显示:C段漂白的最佳工艺为:用氯化量6%,漂白时间为60 min,漂白浆浓为4%;Ep段漂白的最佳工艺为:用碱量2.5%,漂白时间90 min,H_2O_2用量0.5%,反应温度为75℃,浆浓10%;H段漂白的最佳工艺为:浆浓10%,时间120 min,温度40℃,用碱量1:3,有效氯用量3%。在上述最佳漂白工艺条件下纤浆粕性能为:白度88.6%ISO,灰分0.5 2%,α-纤维素94.64%,聚戊糖3.51%,粘度11.85 mPa.s,卡伯值0.5。
The conventional CEpH bleaching was carried out on the pre-hydrolyzed kraft pulp, and the influence of the technological parameters of C, Ep and H bleaching on the properties of the bleached pulp was studied. The optimum technological conditions for CEpH bleaching were determined. The results showed that the best bleaching process was as follows: the amount of chlorination was 6%, the bleaching time was 60 min and the bleaching pulp concentration was 4%. The optimum bleaching process was as follows: 2.5% alkali and bleaching time 90 min, the dosage of H_2O_2 was 0.5%, the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the concentration of pulp was 10%. The best bleaching process was as follows: pulp concentration 10%, time 120 min, temperature 40 ℃, alkali dosage 1: 3, 3%. Under the above optimal bleaching conditions, the properties of the pulp pulp were as follows: whiteness 88.6% ISO, ash 0.5 2%, α-cellulose 94.64%, poly pentose 3.51%, viscosity 11.85 mPa.s, and kappa number 0.5.
