搭载装置是集材拖拉机重要工作装置之一,本文对搭载装置进行了整体结构设计,根据单次集材载重需求,确定了搭载装置总体长×宽×高=1650×600×120mm,并使用Solid works软件对搭载装置的总体结构进行了三维模型的建立,利用Adams和ANSYS软件分别对其进行了运动学仿真和有限元分析,得出搭载装置运动规律曲线、等效应力云图和总体位移云图,结果表明该搭载装置不仅满足使用功能,还具有良好的结构强度。
The loading device is one of the important working devices for the tractor. In this paper, the overall structure design of the loading device is carried out. According to the load requirement of the single shot, the total length, width and height of the loading device are determined as 1650 × 600 × 120mm, works software to build a three-dimensional model of the overall structure of the mount device. Adams and ANSYS software were used to carry out the kinematics simulation and finite element analysis respectively, and the kinematic curves, equivalent stress maps and total displacement maps of the mounted devices were obtained. The results show that the device not only to meet the use of functional use, but also has good structural strength.
