公共体育课是高校教育课程的重要组成部分之一,其目的是通过体育教学使大学生学会科学锻炼身体的手段和方法,提高身体健康水平,为终身体育的养成打下基础。高校加强体育课程的教学改革,有利于提高课堂教学的质量,有利于教师和学生更好的进行教授与学习。本文主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以南华大学2015级与2016级的1000名大学生为调查对象,对18名体育课教师进行访谈。结果表明,“健康第一”是学生选择上体育课的第一需求,学生反应的问题主要集中在课堂内容缺乏系统的理论知识传授与运用,教学的模式不够健全,体育场馆设施严重不足。通过对这些问题进行具体的分析,以期为南华大学公共体育课教学改革提供理论参考。
Public PE class is one of the most important parts of higher education curricula. Its purpose is to enable college students to learn the means and methods of physical training through physical education so as to improve their physical health and lay the foundation for lifelong physical education. Strengthening the teaching reform of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities is conducive to improving the quality of classroom teaching and is conducive to teachers and students better teaching and learning. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to interview a group of 1000 college students in 2015 and 2016 in Nanhua University, and interview 18 PE teachers. The results show that “Health First ” is the first choice for students to choose physical education. The problems of students’ reaction mainly focus on the lack of systematic theory knowledge imparting and using in classroom. The mode of teaching is not perfect and the facilities of stadiums and gyms are not enough . Through a detailed analysis of these issues, with a view to provide a theoretical reference for teaching reform of public physical education in Nanhua University.
