针对双电机驱动大功率薄煤层采煤机传动系统经常发生惰轮损坏的问题,应用ARIZ91进行了大功率薄煤层采煤机传动系统分析,建立大功率薄煤层采煤物-场模型,确定了可行设计方案,将外啮合传动改为内啮合传动,通过外齿圈替换容易坏损惰轮,通过有限元分析,对比内外啮合在传输过程中,齿轮受力情况,通过分析可见:内啮合齿轮双电机齿轮受力更均匀,驱动系统的稳定性更高。ARIZ算法通过程序化的解题步骤,可以系统梳理分析技术难题,提出合理的解决方案,在解决煤矿机械设计中的复杂问题方面具有一定实用与高效性,值得进一步推广与应用。
