采用KR→BOF→CAS→RH→CCM工艺路线生产低碳低硅铝镇静钢,通过控制入炉铁水硫含量、转炉出钢挡渣及脱氧合金化、CAS精炼造渣、RH真空、钙处理、连铸过热度控制及稳定结晶器液面等,生产出满足用户要求的JNX06钢,其w(Si)控制在0.030%以下,低倍结果显示铸坯质量良好,C类中心偏析为1.0级,中心疏松0.5级。
Low carbon and low silicon aluminum killed steel was produced by using KR → BOF → CAS → RH → CCM process route. Through controlling the content of molten iron and sulfur in converter, tapping and deoxidizing alloying of converter steel, CAS refining and slag making, RH vacuum and calcium treatment, Continuous casting superheat control and stabilizing the liquid level of the mold to produce JNX06 steel satisfying the requirements of users. The w (Si) is controlled below 0.030%. The low times of the results show that the slab quality is good, the segregation of Class C center is 1.0, Center loose 0.5.
