以裂果性状差异显著的2个小型西瓜材料为亲本,对果实切裂应度、果形指数、果皮厚度及果皮硬度等4个性状进行了遗传相关性分析,以掌握裂果性状的变化特点及相互关系,其中以果实切裂应度为判断西瓜易裂与抗裂的主要性状。结果表明:裂果性状的变异系数范围在0.125~0.814,果实切裂应度的变异系数最大,果皮硬度变异系数最小;果形指数、果皮厚度和果皮硬度都是呈连续变异的数量性状;而果实切裂应度满足孟德尔分离定律特征,属于质量性状;相关性分析表明,4个性状中果实切裂应度与果皮厚度呈极显著负相关。
Two small watermelon cultivars with significant differences in their fruit traits were used as parents to analyze the genetic correlations of fruit cracking, fruit shape index, pericarp thickness and pericarp hardness. Relationship, in which the fruit should be judged as the degree of cleavage and cracking of watermelon to crack the main traits. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of split fruit traits was in the range of 0.125-0.814, the coefficient of variation of fruit split degree was the highest, and the coefficient of variation of peel hardness was the lowest. The fruit shape index, peel thickness and pericarp hardness were both quantitative characters with continuous variation. The cut should meet the characteristics of Mendel’s law of segregation and belong to quality traits. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between fruit cracking and peel thickness in the four traits.
