目的探究大学生时间自我比较与自我价值感的关系,为今后的实践提供指导。方法使用《大学生自我概念自评量表》和《青少年自我价值感量表》对重庆5所大学的495名学生进行调查。结果时间自我评价与自我价值感各维度均呈显著正相关(P值均<0.01),个体的自我价值感越高,对现在和将来自己的评价就越高;时间自我比较与自我价值感各维度均呈显著负相关(P值均<0.05),个体的自我价值感越高,对现在与将来自我评价的差异越小。结论大学生自我价值感与时间自我密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between college students’ time self-comparison and self-worth, and to provide guidance for future practice. Methods A total of 495 students from 5 universities in Chongqing were surveyed using the Self-concept Scale for College Students and the Self-worth Scale for Adolescents. Results Time self-assessment and self-worth were significantly and positively correlated with each dimension (P <0.01). Individuals had higher sense of self-worth and higher self-evaluation now and in the future. Time self-comparison and self-worth (P <0.05). The higher the individual’s sense of self-worth, the smaller the difference between present and future self-evaluation. Conclusion College students self-worth and time self-closely related.
