In the history of naval development in the world, there are not many countries like Soviet / Russia where so many ships have been strangled on the slipway before they are completed. No other national designer seems to be as adept at designing as the Soviet / Russian designers Imaginative imagination. Varying diplomatic policies, the replacement of leaders and drastic changes in external threats have made the new-type warships, which have been designed, built and served for as long as 10 years, at every stage, and are at risk of being abolished. Every dusty sketch behind every abandoned hull has a bitter story. By linking these stories together, it shows the mentality of a land-based power that embraces a maritime dream in naval development.
