在我国,体育舞蹈是一项比较受欢迎的体育项目,它可以强身健体,帮助人们提升自身的健康指数,除此之外,体育舞蹈还具有一定的观赏性能。由此可以看出,体育舞蹈课程的开展对提升大学生的艺术素质和体育素质有很大的作用。本研究就将针对“我国普通高校体育舞蹈课程开展现状”这一主题进行阐述,使广大民众对这方面的内容有一个更加深入的了解。
In our country, sports dance is a more popular sports program. It can improve physical fitness and help people improve their health index. In addition, sports dance also has some ornamental performance. It can be seen, the development of sports dance courses to enhance the artistic quality of college students and sports quality has a significant role. This study will elaborate on the theme of “Current Situation of Sports Dance Courses in Colleges and Universities in China ” so as to enable the general public to have a more in-depth understanding of the content of this field.
