目的:探讨医学新生儿童期心理虐待与忽视、认知偏差、自我价值感的关系,为医学新生的心理虐待干预及心理健康教育提供依据。方法:使用儿童心理虐待与忽视量表、认知偏差问卷、青少年自我价值感量表对334名医学新生进行调查。结果:男生在心理虐待与忽视总分及恐吓、干涉、纵容维度得分显著高于女生(t=2.57,2.04,2.18,2.33;P<0.05);男生认知偏差显著高于女生(t=2.15,P<0.05);本科学生的总体自我价值感、社会取向特殊自我价值感(t=2.11,2.53;P<0.05)、社会取向一般自我价值感均显著高于专科学生(t=2.91,P<0.01)。儿童期心理虐待与忽视总分及各维度(除纵容维度外)和自我价值感总分及各维度呈显著负相关(r=-0.147~-0.311,P<0.01),与认知偏差呈显著正相关(r=0.151~0.249,P<0.01)。结论 :医学生儿童期心理虐待与忽视与认知偏差、自我价值感存在相关;对于受虐学生,认知偏差程度越严重,其自我价值感越低。
Objective: To explore the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect, cognitive bias and self-worth of medical freshmen in childhood, and to provide the basis for medical freshmen’s psychological abuse intervention and mental health education. Methods: 334 medical freshmen were investigated using the Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale, the Cognitive Deviation Questionnaire, and the Youth Self-Value Scale. Results: Male students score significantly higher than female students in psychological abuse and neglect score and intimidation, interference and conniving dimensions (t = 2.57,2.04,2.18,2.33; P <0.05) (T = 2.11,2.53; P <0.05), and social self-esteem in social orientation were significantly higher than those in junior college students (t = 2.91, P <0.05). The overall self-worth of undergraduates and social self- <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between childhood child psychological abuse and neglect score and all dimensions (except for indulgence dimension), self-worth score and each dimension (r = -0.147-0.311, P <0.01) Positive correlation (r = 0.151 ~ 0.249, P <0.01). Conclusion: The psychological abuse and ignorance of medical students in childhood are correlated with cognitive bias and self-worth. For the abused students, the more severe cognitive deviation is, the lower the self-worth is.
