介绍了一种能方便、准确测定酒精中毒小鼠血液中SOD酶活的方法,采用二硫苏糖醇(DTT)为终止剂的邻苯三酚自氧化法反应体系条件pH=820±001,反应温度30±01℃,邻苯三酚浓度0098mmol/L,DTT浓度273μmol/L,红细胞SOD粗提液加样量0125mL,测试波长420nm本法重复性好,CV=282%(n=6)应用本法测得鼠血中SOD酶活变化趋势与鼠血中乙醇浓度和翻正反射消失情况有相关性,表明本法可用于酒精中毒的防治研究
