供电网中的遥控是对输变电设备的投入或退出所进行的远距离操作。例如调度中心对远至几十甚至上百公里外的高压开关进行合闸或跳闸操作等。过去,由于分立元件或布线逻辑的遥控装置可靠性差,调度中心只能用电话把命令送至发变电现场,经反复核实后由现场人员进行操作。这种方式显然满足不了现代电网操作必须迅速、准确的要求。在南京供电网调度自动化工程中,我们研制成功了微处理机遥控系统,该系统调度人员可直接操作远方开关。84年9月投入试运行以来,证睨系统设计合理,运行可靠,迅速灵活。
Remote control in the power supply network is a long-distance operation for inputting or exiting a power transmission and transformation equipment. For example, dispatching centers close or trip high-voltage switches as far as tens or even hundreds of kilometers away. In the past, because of the poor reliability of the remote control device with discrete components or wiring logic, the dispatch center could only send commands to the dispatching site by telephone and be operated by on-site personnel after repeated verification. This approach clearly can not meet the modern grid operation must be prompt and accurate requirements. In Nanjing power grid dispatching automation project, we developed a microprocessor remote control system, the system dispatcher can directly operate the remote switch. Put into trial operation in September 1984, the system has been designed to be reliable, fast and flexible.
