为快速有效地对铁矿浆浓度进行检测,保证精矿质量,采用了基于磁阻传感器的新型检测系统。本文阐明磁阻传感器检测矿浆浓度的工作原理,着重介绍了hmc1021芯片置位和复位电路特点,检测、放大及V/F转换电路设计方法。对磁阻传感器在磁选机中的安放位置进行了详细说明,现场测试证明该系统在使用过程中运行状况良好,达到了设计要求,提高了生产效率、节约了大量能源。同时也为Hmc1021磁阻传感器在矿山其它选矿设备应用打下基础。
In order to detect the concentration of iron ore pulp quickly and effectively and ensure the quality of concentrate, a new detection system based on magnetoresistive sensor was adopted. This paper describes the working principle of magnetoresistive sensor to detect the concentration of slurry, focusing on the characteristics of hmc1021 chip set and reset circuit, detection, amplification and V / F conversion circuit design. The location of magnetoresistive sensor in the magnetic separator is described in detail. Field tests show that the system is in good working condition, meets the design requirements, improves the production efficiency and saves a lot of energy. Hmc1021 magnetoresistive sensor also laid the foundation for other mining equipment applications in the mines.
