目的：对山东牛心栝楼这一新的农家品种在收购和使用上产生的争议进行初步探讨。方法：采用ＲＡＰＤ分子标识法对山东产仁栝楼、糖栝楼、牛心栝楼３个栝楼农家品种进行亲缘关系分析。结果：三者以牛心栝楼与仁栝楼间的遗传距离最小，以牛心栝楼与糖栝楼间的遗传距离最大。结论：牛心栝楼在遗传表现上更近似于仁栝楼。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the disputes arising from the acquisition and use of this new farm breed in Shandong Xinxin Building. METHODS: The genetic relationship between three farmhouse cultivars in Renzhulou, Tanguolou and Niuxinlou were investigated by RAPD molecular marker method. RESULTS: The genetic distance between Niu Xin Lou Lou and Ren Xin Lou was the smallest among the three, and the genetic distance between Niu Xin Lou Lou and Tang Fu Lou was the largest. Conclusion: The genetic performance of Niu Xin Fu Lou is more similar to Ren Yan Lou.
