本文应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳分析比较我国七个流行区(贵州独山、贵州荔波、四川乐山、安徽泾县、浙江安吉、湖北谷城和福建建阳)周期型马来丝虫微丝蚴的七种酶同工酶型。结果显示,七个地区的磷酸葡糖异构酶(GPI)、葡糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和过氧化物酶(PO)的同工酶型没有任何差异。但是上述地区的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和磷酸葡糖变位酶(PGM)各出现两种同工酶型,即贵州省内的两个地区的不同于另外五个地区的结果。酯酶染色没有区带出现。
