立井提升安全是矿井不可忽视的问题,尤其安全制动系统的安全可靠性极其重要。2016年版的《煤矿安全规程》新增第425条规定:安全制动必须有并联冗余的回油通道。在我国,煤矿行业矿井提升机液压制动系统大多不具备此功能,为此,通过现场实际及原有液压制动系统原理调研,通过设计2种并联冗余的回油通道、自动控制及手动控制的并联回油通道、减压阀与B组制动闸并联等液压回路予以实现。该方案在冀中股份葛泉矿实施过程中效果良好,不仅满足了《煤矿安全规程》的要求,而且大大提高了矿井提升机液压制动系统的安全可靠性。
