在医院开展电子化绩效考核工作,对于完善医院绩效考核系统和提高医院管理效率具有重要意义。平衡计分卡是企业中使用的一种绩效管理工具,它超越了传统的仅仅从财务角度来衡量企业绩效的测评方法,从财务、客户、内部运营和创新学习四个方面来全面考察企业。平衡计分卡也可以应用于医疗卫生机构,帮助医院持续地改善绩效,以实现医院的远景和战略目标。在本研究中,介绍将平衡计分卡和电子化绩效考核系统相结合考核医院临床科室的步骤、原则、考核指标和具体方法,该方法注意将医院的外部评估和内部评估相接合,注重持续的绩效沟通和适时调整指标,本研究结果对医院管理者提供重要的参考依据。
Carrying out the electronic performance appraisal in the hospital is of great significance to improve the hospital performance appraisal system and improve the hospital management efficiency. Balanced Scorecard is a kind of performance management tool used in the enterprise. It goes beyond the traditional evaluation method of measuring the performance of a company from a financial point of view, and comprehensively examines the enterprise from the aspects of finance, customer, internal operation and innovation learning. Balanced scorecards can also be applied to healthcare facilities to help hospitals continually improve performance to achieve the hospital’s vision and strategic goals. In this study, we introduce the steps, principles, assessment indicators and specific methods of combining the BSC and the electronic performance assessment system in the examination of clinical departments of the hospital. The method pays attention to the combination of the hospital external evaluation and internal evaluation, The performance of communication and timely adjustment of indicators, the results of this study provide an important reference for hospital managers.
