本文编出了乳剂校正曲线线性化和计算ICP摄谱法捡出限的计算机程序。用此程序对天津Ⅰ型光谱相板进行了变换常数K对乳剂校正曲线轮廓的影响及K~λ、γ_p~λ、K~γ_p关系曲线的研究。选择合适的K值可使乳剂校正曲线充分线性化。不同相板典型元素分析线在乳剂校正曲线充分线性化条件下,所得检出限位与K和γ_p值关系甚少,且与采用未线性化乳剂校正曲线直接求信背比SBR所得检出限数据相吻合。
This paper has compiled a computer program for the linearization of the emulsion calibration curve and the calculation of the limit of detection for ICP spectroscopy. With this program, the effect of K on the curve of emulsion calibration curve and the relationship curves of K ~ λ, γ_p ~ λ, K ~ γ_p were studied. Choosing a suitable K value allows the emulsion calibration curve to be fully linearized. Under the condition of sufficient linearization of the calibration curve of the emulsion, the detection limit of the typical phase of the different phase plate has little to do with the values of K and γ_p, and the detection limit obtained by directly using the calibration curve of the non-linear emulsion to obtain the signal-to-background SBR The data match.
