据交通安全专家对交通事故发生时间的研究,发现驾驶员开车时至少有三个危险时段值得警惕。研究表明:午间时分——上午11时至下午1时。经过上午的劳累,人的大脑神经已趋疲劳,反应灵敏度减弱。很多司机每天只吃早、晚两顿饭,中午腹中空空,手脚疲软,极易出现意外。而午餐后人体内大量血液作用于胃肠等消化器官,脑部供血相对减少,因此会出现短暂的困倦感和注意力分散的状况。
